From one of my personal favorite SciFi Films of the 1980's, They Live,
it's one of the ruling class aliens who has infiltrated our world.

Features include hand-painted silver eyes, red skin markings, feathered 80's hair, white "teeth", and a shirt with a different collar (those were big with 80's office workers then. Why was that?)

And because I can't make a They Live doll without also quoting one of the best lines in movie-dom, " I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum."
